Rearchitecting Discovery to Drive Lead-Agent Conversations

The app had real utility but users weren't finding it. I rearchitected the discovery experience around user intent and visual hierarchy, driving a 368% increase in active users and an 874% spike in interaction events after launch.

Mobile Dialer: Designing a Calling Tool Agents Would Finally Adopt

Mobile Dialer: Designing a Calling Tool Agents Would Finally Adopt

Agents weren't avoiding the dialer because they didn't want to call. They were avoiding it because it dropped a third of their connections and hid its own start button. They'd already found workarounds - desktop, personal phones, Dialpad on their own dime. I ran a design sprint, talked to the people who live in the dialer, and built the version they'd open on purpose.

Redesigning the Lead Dashboard to Drive Follow-Up Action

Redesigning the Lead Dashboard to Drive Follow-Up Action

Agents were losing hot leads at the single highest-stakes moment in their workflow: the follow-up. A cluttered dashboard buried the one thing that mattered. I redesigned it around a single, obvious next action and validated the redesign with real agents before a line of production code.

Hi, I'm Kristin! 👋

I'm a Product Designer and Researcher who turns ambiguity into products people actually use. I have seven years of turning research into measurable outcomes, across whatever domain the problem lives in. My work lives at the intersection of research rigor and interaction craft. I don't just identify problems, I design solutions that ship and drive measurable outcomes. I thrive in environments where discovery and delivery are treated as a continuous loop, not separate phases. I'm especially drawn to products that influence people's everyday wellbeing - health, lifestyle, and commerce experiences where good design genuinely changes how people feel!

The best products aren't designed- they're discovered. Research is how you find them.
